Recycling Guidelines at DELTA:

**NEW TO THE DELTA DUMP: As some of you may remember, the Delta Dump used to have dump cards.  These are making their way back with our new processes.  Coming in the next handful of weeks, you will be issued your new dump cards when you come to the dump.  Please bring an ID, it will be cross checked and verified with the Town's list and your card will be issued.  If you are not able to make it during the regular dump hours to pick up your card, please contact the Clerk (Lindsay 715-558-0048 - call/text) beginning August 2, 2021 for other arrangements.

You will find a comprehensive list of unacceptable items and accepted items on this webpage.  You will also find the letter addressed to the town's residents, Eagle Waste's guidelines and a list of local places accepting items that Delta does NOT accept.  These items are located as links at the bottom of this page.

--PAPER, CARDBOARD & CARTONS need to be broken down and flattened to maximize space
--PLASTIC, METAL, AND GLASS CONTAINERS: Rinse ALL ITEMS clean and remove from any plastic bags

****NO PLASTIC BAGS/FILM, STYROFOAM OR SYRINGES in Recycling Bins (these go in the regular garbage).  PLACE ALL RECYCLABLES LOOSE IN THE RECYCLING BIN***

NO CONSTRUTCION MATERIAL AT ALL!

NO E-WASTE, TV’S OR COMPUTER ITEMS, BATTERIES, TIRES, MATTRESSES, FURNITURE. These items must be disposed of by you to the appropriate dumping location (You can find dump locations on the Local Businesses Accepting Items attachment)

We ask for your cooperation and patience as we navigate cleaning up our Recycling and Garbage Centers!

ATTENTION: Wisconsin Adm. Codes NR 502.06 requires licensed waste haulers to notify clients yearly that State and Local laws
require everyone in Wisconsin to recycle newspaper, magazines, cardboard, food and beverage containers, tires, yard waste, appliances,
motor oil, lead acid batteries and office paper.
